Megatrend.ai, LLC ("Megatrend", "we", "us", "our") operates the website megatrend.ai and provides research, strategy, marketing, and business support services to technology companies.
Megatrend provides research, strategy, marketing, and business support services. Examples include: research reports, pitch decks, company context / Rosetta Stone documentation, grant discovery and application drafting support, SBA loan and debt readiness materials, investor lead generation, CRM and marketing systems setup, founder books and long-form publishing assets, and agentic AI operations support.
Custom engagements (e.g., a Custom AI Growth Package, Grant + SBA Research Starter, ongoing subscriptions) are governed by a separate written engagement agreement signed by both parties. The terms of that agreement, including scope, fees, timelines, and termination rights, will control over these general Terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms (stripe.com/legal). Megatrend does not store full credit card numbers. Custom invoices may be billed via Stripe Invoices, ACH, or other agreed methods specified in your engagement agreement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Megatrend is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities. Megatrend's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid Megatrend in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Megatrend from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your use of the website or services in violation of these Terms, (b) information you provided that is inaccurate or infringing, or (c) your business activities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Megatrend is principally established. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless required otherwise by law.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance of the new version.
